Our Story
About TS Dumpsters
TS Dumpsters is a roll off dumpster company in Inverness, Florida, owned and run by Tijn Saeijs. He answers the phone, he schedules the drops, and most days he is the one backing the truck into the driveway.
How It Started
How TS Dumpsters Started
Tijn Saeijs came out of high school into his father's construction company, which came with a trailer and three dumpsters to pull behind him.
The dumpsters were for the construction work. What kept happening was that people who saw him hauling them would stop and ask whether he rented them out. Neighbors, contractors on other jobs, somebody at a gas station who had a garage to clear. It happened often enough that the question started to sound like an answer.
So he said yes, and TS Dumpsters is what that turned into. Nobody wrote a business plan for it. Demand turned up first and the company was built to answer it, which is a better start than most and it explains how the place still operates.
There is no office between you and the person who owns the trucks. That is the part customers tend to notice on a first rental, and it is the reason most of them ring the same number again rather than going back out to three quotes.
What We Believe
Things We Will Be Held To
Not adjectives. These are the things you can check on the day the container turns up, and if any of them slips you have every right to say so on the phone.
-
Wood Goes Down Before the Container Does
Concrete, pavers and stamped drives all get boards under the steel on every single placement, at no charge to anybody. Nobody has to ask for it and it never appears on an invoice.
-
The Person Who Answers Is the Person Who Delivers
Call the number and you get the man whose name is on the truck. He knows what is booked and whether your driveway is going to be a problem, and he can tell you inside a minute.
-
Weight Is Billed Against the Ticket, Not an Estimate
The container goes over a certified scale at the landfill and the number printed on that ticket is the number that reaches your invoice. Ask for a copy and you will get one.
-
We Will Say No to a Placement That Will Not Work
If the approach is too tight, the ground too soft or the wires too low, you will hear about it before the truck is loaded rather than watch a driver work it out in your street. A wasted trip costs you a day you had already planned around, and there is usually a better answer worth talking through instead.
Around Town
The Community Work
TS Dumpsters sponsors local elementary schools and turns up for fundraising, food runs and work with local churches.
That is the whole of it. Everyone here lives in the same places the trucks run through, so the list stays short and close to home. It is also not something anybody here would raise on a phone call about a container, which is why it is written down on this page instead of being worked into a sales pitch.
The Containers
What We Run
TS Dumpsters runs the 12, 15, 18 and 20 yard, all of them 7' wide, and every rental carries 2 tons and 7 days inside the rate.
The 15 yard, at 14' long, is the one that leaves the yard most, because it covers a kitchen, a flooring tear out or a whole house cleanout without leaving much wasted room. Moving up a size buys space rather than weight, which is the single thing worth knowing before you pick one. Full detail on the dumpster sizes page.
Coverage
Where We Deliver
Every container on this site leaves the same yard in Inverness, and from there they go out across Citrus, Marion, Sumter and Hernando counties. Every city we cover has a page of its own with the local detail on it, and the whole map is on the service areas page.
If your address is not listed on any of those pages it is still worth a call. A drop that falls close to work already going out that day is usually straightforward to fit in alongside it, and you will get a straight yes or no on the phone rather than a form and a wait.
Book a Container
Book It Today. Load It Tomorrow.
Tell us what the job is and roughly what is coming out of it, and you will get the size, the price and the day in the same conversation.
