Agreement to These Terms

These terms cover the use of tsdumpstersllc.com and the rental of a container from TS Dumpsters. By booking a container, or by using this site, you agree to them. If you are booking on behalf of a company or a property owner, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

What We Provide

TS Dumpsters rents roll off containers in the 12, 15, 18 and 20 yard sizes for residential, commercial and construction work, and delivers and collects them within the areas listed on our service areas page. Roofing tear off work is handled on separate terms set out on the roofing dumpster rental page.

Rental Terms

Rental period

A standard rental runs seven days from delivery. Extra days are charged at the daily rate published on the dumpster sizes page. Tell us before the term ends if you need longer and we will move the collection rather than send a truck out for nothing.

Placement and access

You are responsible for choosing a placement, for making sure the space is clear on the delivery day, and for confirming you have the right to put a container there. Placement on a public street or right of way may need a permit, and obtaining one is your responsibility. Ask us before you book and we will tell you what is involved.

We reserve the right to decline a placement that is unsafe or that the truck cannot reach. If a driver arrives and the space is blocked or the access will not take a loaded truck, a return trip may be charged.

Weight and loading

Each rental includes a tonnage allowance published on the dumpster sizes page. Weight beyond that is billed per ton against the certified scale ticket from the disposal facility, and a copy of that ticket is available on request.

Prohibited Materials

The following must not be placed in a container:

• Paints, stains, solvents and other liquids
• Chemicals, fuel, oil and anything flammable
• Batteries and tires
• Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and anything else containing refrigerant, which has to be recovered separately under federal rules
• Asbestos, medical waste and propane tanks
• Any other material a disposal facility will not accept

Scrap metal is accepted for an additional charge, shown on the dumpster sizes page. If a prohibited item is found in a load, the disposal facility may refuse the whole container, and the cost of separating, returning or specially disposing of that material is charged to you.

Surface Protection

Even with boards down, a loaded container is heavy and a driveway is a surface with an unknown history underneath it. We cannot accept responsibility for cracking, settlement or marking of a driveway, walkway, lawn or underground utility caused by the weight of a container or a delivery vehicle, or for damage arising from a placement you directed us to.

Pricing and Payment

Rates published on this site cover delivery, the rental period, collection and disposal of the included tonnage. Quotes are based on what you tell us about the job. The final amount reflects the actual weight, any extra days and any additional charges set out in these terms.

Payment is due on the terms agreed at booking. We do not add a fuel surcharge or an environmental fee. If a charge is not published on the dumpster sizes page or set out here, it is not on your invoice.

Cancellation and Changes

Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move a delivery, and there is normally nothing to pay. A cancellation made after a truck has been dispatched, or a delivery that cannot be completed because the site is not ready, may be charged as a trip fee.

Liability

Once a container is delivered you are responsible for it and for its contents until it is collected, including securing the site and keeping the load within the rail. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the container, from materials placed in it, or from a placement you directed.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost time, lost profit or delay to a project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

Use of This Website

The content of tsdumpstersllc.com, including text, photographs and design, belongs to TS Dumpsters and may not be copied, scraped or reused without permission. You may not use this site in any way that damages it or interferes with anybody else's use of it.

Third Party Links

This site links to services run by other companies, including online booking and mapping. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If something goes wrong, contact us first on (352) 586-9727. Most problems are sorted out in one phone call. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be handled in the courts of Florida.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for a delay or a failure to perform caused by something outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, a disposal facility closing, vehicle breakdown or an act of government. Where that happens we will reschedule as soon as we reasonably can.

Severability and Changes

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms as the business changes, and the month and year at the top of this page show when they were last revised. The terms in force are the ones published when you book.
